Our Blueprint
Traditional school management software is bloated, insecure, and rarely respects the complex multi-campus structures of Indian educational societies. We built Cohort with one core idea: an educational ERP should act as an architectural blueprint — clean, performant, and secure.
We run all personal data processing strictly within AWS servers located in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, guaranteeing absolute compliance with India's data residency mandates.

Isolated Database Topology
Every school and campus runs with physical database isolation using Postgres RLS. Multi-campus governance doesn't compromise security.
DPDP & IT Act Compliance
Built with India-first regulations. Fully shields student data under 18 years of age and complies strictly with the DPDP Act, 2023.
IST-Centric Operations
Engineered and scheduled strictly around Indian Standard Time (IST) zones for all database triggers, rollover jobs, and billing compliance.
Immutable Transaction Ledger
Every mutation, grading change, or financial audit is permanently logged and complies with Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act.
