Paise Ledger & Transaction Disclosures
All school fees, payments, invoices, and accounting cycles are stored inside Cohort database ledgers strictly as integers representing paise. For example, a fee installment of ₹4,500.50 is recorded in PostgreSQL as 450050. Standard third-party merchant processor transaction fees may apply during online gateway payouts and are reconciled automatically to the exact paisa.
